Why are they IMPORTANT and need to be CULTIVATED? Soft skills allow us to be flexible to change, to adapt and manage different roles, to relate effectively with different company figures, to interact in any context, to respond quickly to new market demands: in short, to be people who know how to MAKE DIFFERENCE.
What are SOFT SKILLS? They are CROSS COMPETENCES concerning the behavioural aspect and how we approach everyday situations in a work environment. But only all intangible abilities, not measurable by schematic parameters, can positively or negatively influence our results.
